OUR STORY
FIRST PLAZA is a member of the Leverrier Group formed in 1933 by André Leverrier. Since his sons Pierre and Michel Leverrier took over the business in 1970, it has expanded around 4 core businesses:
construction, road transport, manufacturing and car hire (self-drive and chauffeur-driven).
Michel Leverrier has channelled his passion for cars into developing a prestige and classic car rental company. As a result of this fascination with the world of the automobile, we are proud to be the only company to offer rental services featuring not only the very latest models, but also classic and collectors’ cars with chauffeurs.
Jean-Philippe Leverrier (3rd generation) and Gilles Salles have been the direct successors to this family adventure since 2017.
We are based in Paris, in Normandy, on the Côte d’Azur and in Luxembourg.

Ours is a company on the human scale, because it is only in this way that we can maintain our reputation as the supplier of excellence in the Paris market for chauffeur-driven cars, despite significant growth over the last decade.
DISPATCH AND OUR RESERVATION CENTRE
A 100% DEDICATED TEAM
Our dispatch team is available 24/7 every day of the year. They prepare schedules in real time and handle last-minute reservations with a very high level of efficiency. Our dispatch team deliver 100% dedication from Day 1. Every member is trained to have a perfect understanding of the needs and expectations of our clients, and features specific to the service we provide. We always seek to match the chauffeur to the specific requirements of each reservation.
BACK OFFICE SUPPORT
Our dispatchers are supported in the back office by a reservation manager with direct responsibility for:
- responding to e-mail reservations
- providing administrative management of every order.
The back office supports our dispatch team at peak times, and relieves the dispatchers of any issue that could potentially distract them from focusing entirely on the scheduling tasks central to our business
FORWARD PLANNING
We prepare our reservation schedules in advance to take full account of the constraints inherent in our business, which include the choice of vehicle, choice of chauffeur, working hours compliance and traffic conditions.
AMBASSADORS FOR THE FINEST OF FRENCH SERVICE
All our chauffeurs have significant experience in their chosen career, and are persuasive ambassadors for the finest of French service. They speak at least one foreign language: fluent English, but also Spanish, Russian and other languages on request. Naturally, all our chauffeurs are professionally accredited to provide a chauffeur-driven service, which means that their background has been screened by the Police service. They are trained to maintain client confidentiality, and wear the following uniform:
- a navy blue or black suit
- a white shirt and navy blue or black tie
- polished city shoes

All FIRST PLAZA vehicles are less than 2 years old and in excellent condition inside and out. Our vehicle fleet is constantly updated to reflect automotive industry developments, and is tailored to meet the demanding standards set by our clients.
To ensure impeccable cleanliness of its vehicles inside and out:
- FIRST PLAZA has its own car cleaning station manned by a full-time vehicle preparation specialist
- our dispatch manager conducts vehicle inspections every day
- our sales manager has responsibility for making visual checks
We also have our own workshop with three full-time specialist mechanics to maintain our fleet.
On request, we can provide all the facilities required by law for carrying children. And for every journey, we also provide:
